Individual Therapy: Currently, all services are one-on-one counseling sessions that provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I help clients navigate a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Individual counseling allows people with mental health concerns an opportunity to work through their experiences in a safe and effective manner. It provides people the chance to start their own process of self-discovery, transformation, and emotional healing.
EMDR: I am an EMDRIA certified Therapist for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps clients process traumatic experiences and other difficult emotions. By stimulating the brain’s natural healing process through eye movements (and other routes of bilateral stimulation), I help clients release negative emotions and move towards greater emotional resilience. EMDR Therapy helps with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and other mental health conditions.
EMDR Intensives: In addition to individual EMDR Therapy sessions, I offer EMDR Therapy Intensives, which can be anywhere from 2-6 hours of treatment at once to 3 day retreats designed to help clients make significant progress in a shorter amount of time. These EMDR Therapy intensives can be particularly helpful for clients who are dealing with complex trauma or have limited time to commit to ongoing therapy.
Somatic Experiencing: I also incorporate somatic experiencing therapy techniques in session, which is a body-centered approach to healing trauma and other emotional wounds. By helping clients tune into their physical sensations and release pent-up emotions, it helps them to restore balance to their nervous system, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy: Beginning in 2024, I will also be offering Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), a ground-breaking approach to accessing one’s own inner healing intelligence. By combining the therapeutic power of psychedelics with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, this therapy has shown promising results in treating conditions like PTSD, depression, and addiction. Under the guidance of a trained therapist, clients can explore their inner world and gain new insights into themselves, leading to lasting positive changes in their lives.
